Hi, I’m Stephanie, a fully qualified Personal Trainer with my own stylish gym, SAB Fitness, in the heart of Wokingham, Berkshire.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over three years and have experience working at several of the major gyms. I decided to open my own gym, so that I could specialise in what I enjoy doing most, helping people like you to achieve your own personal fitness goals in a relaxing but focussed environment

During my sessions, I primarily use HIIT/Strength training, which is a combination of cardio and weight-based training, using a mixture of free weights and body weight exercises. Using these techniques, my sessions are ALWAYS Fun, Dynamic and NEVER the same!
