In these difficult times it is more important than ever to stay fit and grab a little “me time”. We are delighted to invite you to join our daily online classes which are hosted by gym owner and Personal Trainer, Stephanie Booth. The classes are suitable for all levels and are always fun and lively. The schedule changes daily but we offer :
YOGA, PILATES, HIIT/BOOTCAMP, ABs & CORE and UPPER BODY.
You will need to download the ” Lifesize ” app from your normal provider or visit www.lifesize.com.

Pilates is a form of exercise which helps by strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. In Pilates the chance of injury is much lower than with other more strenuous forms of exercise. Suitable for all levels.

This is a yoga style interval training class that uses the many yoga flows & static yoga poses, together with interval training to increase the metabolism that helps to burn fat & increases the heart rate simultaneously to help improve the heart & lung health. Also increasing strength, flexibility, muscle tone & overall fitness

Like all gyms we are temporarily closed but normally SAB Fitness is located in the elegant and stylish Markham House in Broad Street in the heart of Wokingham.It is ideally situated for an early morning or lunchtime workout or maybe an after-work stress busting session. My vision was to create a totally relaxed, non-judgemental environment where you can train at your own pace and in your own time. You won’t be pressurised to buy training sessions and you won’t find yourself queueing to use the equipment at busy times. I am passionate about what I do and I am very proud of the SAB ethos:

I started with a blank canvas and was able to design the gym exactly how I wanted it, using the experience that I had gained whilst working in other establishments. SAB Fitness is totally self-contained with its own toilets and shower facilities and the key fob entry system means its available to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We have On-site parking which is a real bonus in Wokingham these days!
Your membership also includes a full programme of optional yoga, HIIT and Bootcamp classes which are available throughout the week and the current timetable is attached so you can see what’s on offer
All members can download our free app which is full of training programmes, nutrition plans and workouts as well as offering the handy facility to book classes and personal training sessions.

MEMBER UPDATE 28th JUNE
We hope that you, your family and friends are well and are getting back to some sort of normality.
Like you, we were hugely disappointed with the PM’s announcement that we must remain closed, it’s now been 3 months since we were told to close.
We miss you !!!!
However, there does seem to be a little light at the end of the tunnel and there is momentum to get gyms open in mid to late July.
Unfortunately, we still can’t give you a definite date but please rest assured that the moment we are given the OK- we will be in touch.
Our re-opening plans are all in place and we feel that it won’t be too long now before you can get working out again.
As we said previously, a visit to the Gym will be very different to what it was before but SAB Fitness will continue with the same friendly and personal touch that sets us apart from the bigger operators.
We have done considerable planning for when we re-open and of course this will be dovetailed in with Government and Industry guidelines.
It is absolutely certain that a visit to the Gym will be different to what it was before but rest assured that we will do everything we possibly can to ensure that the Gym is spotlessly clean, safe and ready for your return.
Being a small, private Gym, SAB very much lends itself to social distancing and we know that our members will act responsibly. We take huge pride in our cleanliness and hygiene and we really relish the challenges ahead.
Once we have the green light, we will engage with you all about the new procedures that we need to put in place and look forward to welcoming you back – but NOT with open arms !
In the meantime, all memberships will remain suspended and please remember that we are here for you. Our hugely popular online training sessions will continue and we urge you to make the most of the relaxation of the outdoor exercise restrictions.

Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I’d love to tell you a little more about me and what SAB fitness has to offer.
Having worked at some of the big-name gyms over the years, I became disillusioned and frustrated with them and decided to branch out on my own. That’s how SAB Fitness and my gym came about. My vision was to offer a “Home from Home” atmosphere where you can train, mix and have fun in well equipped, comfortable and classy surroundings. I love what I do and am lucky enough to be totally independent.
